What do you as club director have to do?

  1. Determine how many participants you have and notify us.
  2. Distribute the All-In code to all you players on cards we provide.
  3. Pay the invoice within 2 weeks.

It’s that simple. Under our new streamlined plan, club members will go to PrepVolleyball.com and put in the "All In" code to register their free account, good for one year. Existing members can also use the code and from their current login will have their accounts extended for a year. Once the number of registrants equals the number the club has paid for, the "All In" code will expire.  There is absolutely no extra work for you to do!

What payment methods do you offer?

We can accept payment either by check or by credit card.  An invoice will be mailed to your mailing address and you can submit payment by: mailing a check, mailing credit card information or by calling in a credit card.  Remember, you have two weeks to make your payment once the "All In" code is activated.

How do the players receive the code?

Again, in an effort to make this as easy for you to deal with as possible, we offer two hassle free delivery methods.  First, we can contact you directly and provide you with the code that you can email to all of your players.  If you prefer not to email the code or do not have a reliable email distribution list for the club you can receive the code in the mail on small cards that you can distribute to your players at practice.  You will receive only the number of cards that you ordered (i.e. one card of every subscription purchased.)

We have already set our budget.  How do you propose we make this happen?

Clubs have paid for their All-In program in many different ways.  Contact Eric Schulze at 815-703-8724 and he will gladly help you determine the best way to arrange payment for the All-In program without denting your budget for this year.

How does the “All In” program benefit my club and the kids?

Having everyone from your club enrolled in PrepVolleyball.com can help your club in myriad ways, including maintaining or raising the club’s profile, regionally and nationally, through participation on the message board and by developing in your coaching staff and parent group a more thorough understanding of what we do. Raising the profile of the club might help you get bigger, attract a more diverse or more talented player pool and make soliciting sponsors easier. Getting your club coaches involved might lead to more of them participating directly in what we do, leading to publicity for your club and its players which, in turn, might mean more scholarship opportunities, what with more than 1,000 college coaches currently enrolled in Prep.

Moreover, as more of your parents become involved in PrepVolleyball.com, they will educate themselves on the national scene. It’s truly an eye-opening experience for many and may make it easier for you when proposing: 1. to raise fees to better compensate hard working coaches; 2. to practice longer hours in the gym; 3. to travel more often and further away; 4. to hire someone to come to your practices for regular plyometric training; and/or 5. to acquire your own facility, among other things.

How does the “All In” program benefit my kids AND PrepVolleyball.com?

Since I started the site almost three years ago, PrepVolleyball.com has experienced steady growth, which is wonderful, but the site has suffered from a lack of revenue certainty. It is absurd to think that one man or two can cover JOs for instance. There should be at least one person covering every division. But until PrepVolleyball.com has revenue certainty, I can’t commit the resources necessary to adequately cover the sport because I don’t know if I’m getting five subscribers tomorrow or 25.

As it stands now, people marvel at the amount of information on PrepVolleyball.com about players, teams and events, but the reality is that only a fraction of the girls, teams and events get covered. Everyone deserves the chance to be seen, written about and honored. Revenue certainty via the All In program accomplishes that, helping PrepVolleyball.com while concurrently publicizing your kids so that they feel good about themselves, have enhanced recruitment possibilities and gain desire to work even harder in the gym.

Okay, we're in.  What do I do next?

  1. Contact Eric Schulze at 815-307-8349 or via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it to let him know your club is "All In".  Be sure to include the following information:
       - How many memberships you want (players, staff, coaches)
       - How you would like the code delivered (phone, email, mail)
       - Your preferred payment method (check, credit card)
  2. We will immediately activate your "All In" code as soon as we verify your information. We will quickly deliver the All-In code via the delivery method of your choice.  Simply distribute the code to the players and you are done!  We will handle all the support from that point forward to make sure your club membership is truly All In
  3. You will soon receive an invoice via email and postal mail.  Please remit payment as soon as possible.  We will allow your club a period of two weeks to return payment.

This seems too easy.  What am I missing?

You are not missing anything.  This truly is a win-win.  The only problem we have is follow through.  Last year, Delta Valley, Texas Advantage, Triangle, Colorado Juniors, Willowbrook, Dig to Win and Brazos Valley were among the clubs that participated in our All In program, but many, many, many, many more initially agreed and then did not follow through. This hurt PrepVolleyball.com tremendously because we made plans in anticipation of an enhanced revenue stream that we were not able to complete. So, while we encourage you to join us in going “All In,” and think it’s a great deal for your club that provides the revenue certainty we seek, please do not agree unless you plan to follow through.
